These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI ShowMaker service (“Service”) provided by Call Me Fred – adsyme Ltd, company number: 08301982 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The AI ShowMaker is a platform that allows users to generate radio and podcast shows. Users can purchase packs of voiceover credits to create AI-generated voiceovers, which can be used to generate audio jingles. Exporting shows in MP3 format requires Show Export Credits.
Additional services (such as the Voice Recorder and File Uploader) are unlocked when you purchase an export credit pack.
The AI voiceover credits and add-ons purchased via the AI Jingle Maker can be used in the AI Show Maker, at no additional cost.
2.1 Sales Final: All sales of credit packs are final. Once a purchase is made, credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user.
2.2 Pricing: The pricing for voiceover credit packs and export credit packs is determined by the AI ShowMaker and may be subject to change at our discretion. Prices are shown excluding VAT/sales tax, which is added where it applies.
2.3 Payment: Payment for AI voiceover credit packs and export credit packs is processed through our Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Paddle’s terms and conditions.
2.4 Credits Expiration: as stated on our Plans page, credits never expire.
All the shows generated through the AI ShowMaker service will be delivered to the User in MP3 format.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the UK.

We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending a notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the AI ShowMaker service at our discretion, without notice, and without liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
